My dining partner and I recently had cause for celebration. Her annual “Trip Round the Sun� had just been completed, and the rest of the dine-around bunch and I wanted to make it a special occasion.

New dine-around bunch member the Pet Whisperer also let us know that her birthday was just a few days off, so we were also looking for a place to celebrate that occasion as well. After due consideration, I decided the fare we would be dining on would be American, and from the steak end of the food chain.
